چکیده
Background: Delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS), also known as tenderness of touch, refers to the pain caused by mechanical stimulation, such contraction and stretching. Chinese massage has been widely used in treatment sports fatigue injury, but there is controversy efficacy. In this experiment, we established DOMS model rats observe prevention effect massage, find best time for intervention, provide scientific basis exercise fatigue. Methods: 130 male SD(sprague-dawley, SD) healthy were randomly divided into blank group, control group group. Except other received model. Professionals applied kneading twisting methods on both lower limbs rats. The expression IL-2, IL-6 IL-8 skeletal determined western blot, PCR ELISA, content serum creatine kinase was ELISA. addition, measured concentration Ca2+, Ca2+-ATPase mitochondria muscle. changes structure observed scanning electron microscopy. Results: After IL-6, CK decreased compared with (P < 0.01), post than that front group(P 0.01). Ca2+ 24, 48 72h 24h 0.05). Conclusion: Massage can prevent injury reduce inflammatory reaction after exercise. It improve activity Ca2+-ATPase, enhance transport protect

The effect of L-Arginine supplementation on Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) after eccentric heavy exercise
Introduction: L-Arginine supplementation improves antioxidant defenses through L-Arginine/nitric oxide pathways. This investigation assesses the influences of acuteL-Arginine supplementation on selected markers of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) after one by one heavy eccentric exercise in healthy young females. Methods: Twelve healthy young females students of the University of Mohaghegh...
